1. Purpose-based collection
We collect personal data only for a defined purpose tied to a step you are taking: registration, assessment, document verification, counselling, contracting, payment, training or placement.
Sensitive information is not collected as a default part of the assessment. Where a specific lawful operational purpose requires it, the reason is explained, the minimum is collected, and access is restricted.
2. Consent and withdrawal
Consent is recorded against a specific purpose and a specific version of this notice. You can view your consent records and withdraw consent where withdrawal is legally available.
Withdrawing consent may end our ability to continue a particular service.
3. Access controls
Staff see only what their role requires. Finance staff do not automatically receive identity documents, and employers never receive identity numbers, KYC data or private video.
Documents and recordings are held in private storage and accessed through short-lived authorised links only.
4. Retention and deletion
Retention periods are configurable per data category and must be confirmed by the agency's legal counsel before this notice becomes effective.
Requests for access, correction, erasure and grievance escalation are handled through the privacy contact published on the contact page.
5. Compliance status
This platform is designed to support obligations under the applicable Indian data protection framework. Publishing this page does not by itself establish compliance; the agency must complete its own assessment with qualified advisers.
