1. Scope of service
The agency provides training, assessment, documentation support, counselling and facilitation of access to overseas opportunities.
The agency does not employ candidates, does not issue visas, and does not make selection decisions on behalf of employers or authorities.
2. No guarantee of outcome
No statement on this platform constitutes a guarantee of employment, selection, salary, visa approval, deployment or migration.
Indicative timelines are estimates and depend on third parties.
3. Candidate obligations
Candidates must provide accurate information and genuine documents. Misrepresentation may end the engagement and may have legal consequences.
Candidates must meet the attendance and assessment requirements of any training they enrol in.
4. Fees and agreements
Fees payable, if any, are set out in the separate fee agreement applicable to the specific service, together with the refund and cancellation policy in force at that time.
Payment becomes available only after the contractual prerequisites applicable to that service are complete.
5. Liability
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability arising from the agency's own conduct or to displace statutory obligations. Final liability provisions must be drafted and approved by qualified counsel.
6. Versioning
Each published version of these terms is stored immutably with its document ID, version and effective date. The version you were shown at the time of acceptance is the version recorded against your account.
