Refund & cancellation policy
How cancellations, withdrawals and refunds are handled for training and service fees.

1. Candidate withdrawal
A candidate may withdraw from an application or enrolment at any time through the candidate dashboard or by contacting support. The refund outcome depends on the stage reached and the fee agreement version in force.
2. Cancellation by the agency
Where the agency cancels a batch or is unable to deliver a service that has been paid for, the corresponding fee is refundable, subject to the applicable fee agreement.
3. Non-refundable components
Any non-refundable component, including third-party charges already incurred on the candidate's behalf, must be listed explicitly in the fee agreement before payment. Amounts are not published here until approved.
4. Processing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method through the payment provider. Status is visible in the candidate ledger as refund pending, refunded or partially refunded.
5. Disputes
Refund disputes may be raised through the grievance process, which records the ticket, the response and the closure outcome.
